Maybe marriage is the key for Andy Roddick.

The former top-ranked baller, who announced his engagement to swimsuit model Brooklyn Decker this week, finally ended a 11-match losing streak to Roger Federer, defeating the Swiss stylist 7-6 (4), 4-6, 6-3 in the quarterfinals of the Sony Ericsson Open last night and earning only his second win over Federer in 17 matches.

He'll take on Russian Nikolay Davydenko for a spot in the finals on Sunday.
