Lance Armstrong making a comeback

7 time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong is getting back into racing. In a New York Times article, Armstrong states he wanted to get back into racing to "raise awareness of the global cancer burden."

Details about his comeback are still in the works but he said he would be discussing everything at the Clinton Global Initiative in New York City on Sept. 24th. However, it's rumored he will compete in at least 5 road races including the Tour de France.

God bless him, but why do these former athletes past their prime continue to strive to return to their glory days. Michael Jordan failed, Brett Favre is on his way, here comes Lance.........
