Brett Favre: Classless

I live in Chicago and am a huge Bears fan. However, I have spent a lot of time in my life in Wisconsin, and have always been a Packers fan – just not when they play the Bears. Adding to my fondness for the Pack was my admiration and appreciation for Brett Favre.

I take it all back.

His behavior over the last 6 or so months has gone from sad, to ridiculous, to down-right petty and classless.  Fox Sports has reported earlier this season, Favre spent an hour on the phone with the Detroit Lions, going over - in explicit detail - how the Pack runs its offense.  This after Favre left Green Bay and was picked up by the NY Jets.  In case you don’t know, the NY Jets are in the AFC.  Green Bay and Detroit are in the NFC.

It is common place for a player, once traded or signed by a new team, to spill the beans on his old team the week or so before they play each other.  But the Jets don’t play the Pack this year, and Favre doesn’t play for the Lions.  So, what gives, if this is true?

Spoiled brat-petulant-classlessness is what gives.

Favre is an idiot. He's always been an idiot, and he always will be. I am from south MS near the Kiln and I live in Hattiesburg (where he lives.) And we've all always known that his whole family is a bunch of messed up idiots. He majored in special ed. and was a no show for two special olympics events after having been advertised as the MC for both. He confirmed he would be there, and just didn't call or show up. THAT is classless! People kiss his ass cause he can play football. Big DEAL!
