Marion Jones out of Prison, Can’t Keep Her Story Straight

Marion_jones_78905617 Olympic star sprinter Marion Jones has been released from Federal Prison, where she did time for admitting to lying about whether or not she knowingly took performance enhancing drugs – steroids – for the Olympics.

In a court of law, and against penal interest, she admitted to lying to Federal investigators about knowingly taking performance enhancing drugs. In other words, she took steroids and she knew she took steroids.

Now she’s out, and on Oprah. And, when Oprah asked her, point blank, if she knowingly took steroids, Marion reverted back to her pre-confession bullshit position, stating she never knowingly took steroids.

Hell of a role model. About as much credibility as a used car salesman. Hell, she’s fast, strong, and a liar. She should try out for the Dallas Cowboys, they seem to like these qualities in their wide receivers.

Well, it’s America, what should we expect. Now that she’s out of the pokey, it’s time to do the talk show circuit and get ready for the book deal. The truth, and any sense of moral or ethical decency, ain’t got nothing to do with it now.
