He was voted one of GQ's Men of the Year and faced a swim-off with a certain silver-haired fox. Now, Michael Phelps has grabbed one of sports most coveted honors as the record-setting Olympian was chosen Sports Illustrated's 2008 Sportsman of the Year.

I guess he has more reason to continue his recent partying ways now...
