The University of Tebow is the National Champions!
The 2008-2009 college football season came to and end on Thursday night as the Florida Gators defeated the Oklahoma Sooners 24-14 in the BCS National Championship game. Quarterback Tim Tebow threw two interceptions in the first half but took command of the game by firing up his team leading Florida to it's second National Championship within the past three years. Tebow was impressive as he ran for 109 yards and passed for 231 yards on his way into the history books.
In three short years Tim Tebow has become one of the greatest college football players in the history of the game and one of the greatest college quarterbacks ever. Really, what does he have left to accomplish unless it's a third title and a second Heisman? Congratulations, GO GATORS!
