Dara Torres, 41, Prepares to Swim Again

Grandma Moses is back at it again.

12-time Olympic medalist and 41-year old Dara Torres has announced that she will swim at the Austin Grand Prix next weekend at the University of Texas. This will be the world champion's first meet since winning three silver medals at last summer's Beijing Games. If all goes well next weekend, Torres hopes to be able to swim at this summer's World Championships in Rome.

"I love competing and I love racing," Torres told the Associated Press. "It's fun to stand up there, getting all nervous, before you swim. The good thing is there's going to be a lot of room for improvement."

Torres, who is even considering making a run at the 2012 Summer Olympics, became the oldest medalist in the history of Olympic swimming when she won silvers in Beijing in the 50m freestyle, the 4x100m freestyle relay and the 4x100m medley relay.

Maybe you should let other junior swimmers have a shot at a berth on the team you selfish egotistical bitch. How would like it if someone had deprived you of a berth on the Olympic team when you were younger just so they could fill their insatiable ego. You make me sick!
