Michael Phelps Has Eyes for Miss California

It seems Carrie Prejean may have reason to be smiling after all.

The current Miss California, who lost her bid for the Miss USA crown last weekend after saying she believed marriage is between and man and a woman, has been casually dating Olympian Michael Phelps according to RadarOnline.com.

The site confirmed the news via Prejean's grandmother, Jeanette Coppolla, who told them:

Carrie and Michael have been out to baseball games and lunch. He always calls her when he is in town and they go out.

She went on to say:

Carrie knows that he has dated a lot of girls but she enjoys going out with him and isn't serious about being in a relationship with him. He's a nice guy and she likes him.

Phelps is, of course, no stranger to controversy after a photo of him smoking from a bong was leaked to the media earlier this year.

Okay, we kinda think his body is TO DIE but the face NOT SO MUCH. But if he believes as Miss Cali does, we're through. With all of him. For good.
